Write a statement & specifications to guide development.

Planning a Brief involves using understandings that you have gathered from Investigating the Issue & the Stakeholders. Your challenge is to write a statement outlining a problem to fix. You can do this now that you have an idea about what is working, what can be improved, and how the existing system functions.

* Write down your understanding of where the project should go (without using too many words).

HOW TO WRITE A BRIEF:

  1. Look at the information and ideas you have gathered from people, and by observing the situation.
  2. Write a short statement about how to improve that system.
  3. Reorganise your statement so that it can be read in one paragraph (this paragraph [called ‘Brief‘] will guide the development of your whole project).
